Project Managers are responsible for coordinating the managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout. They ensure that the Owners; and General Contractor’s expectations and budgetary guidelines are met. PMs are accountable for budgeting, overall progress, projects costs, and general performance. They communicate with field supervisors, subcontractors and vendors regarding the project schedule and build effective relationships with clients and contractors.
Estimators evaluate projects, determine strategic advantage, gain knowledge of the contract, the bidding process, equipment requirements, labor sheets, etc. They write proposals, estimates, execute change orders as needed and obtain competitive/quality pricing. Estimators build and maintain relationships with the project management team, clients, vendors, competitors and at all levels of the organization.
Shop Fabricators construct windows, skylights, store fronts and/or display cases, among other client needs. Skilled and coordinated manual dexterity is a necessary job requirement. Experience fastening hardware onto fabricated pieces as well as setting glass doors into frames is another important skill.

The CAD Drafter is responsible for interpreting architectural drawings and creating shop drawings utilizing AutoCAD to create blueprints, technical designs, plans and drawings to be used in assigned construction projects.
Using internal drafting standards and designing with accuracy is critical in complying with overall company standards. Working as an integral part of the project team is essential. Responsibilities also include working with project managers and fabrication personnel to create materials take off lists to determine the amount and types of materials to be purchased, as well as creating the Fabrication tickets for the shop.
Drafting Engineer will communicate with project managers, engineers, and architects as directed by the Drafting Supervisor, to ensure design meets project specifications. Reviews and analyze drawings.
