No matter the scale or complexity, Eric’s excitement about the work is on display. Finding comprehensive solutions that encompass many disciplines and materials, Eric’s laser focus is key to optimizing our workflow. He’s eager to discuss the details from the initial blueprints to the complex curves, smoothing over the challenges of working with a multitude of different products… including glass from Dubai.
“Working at Middlesex Glass has afforded me an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. I am fortunate to work with such a dedicated and passionate team.” – Eric Roy
After one year at the University of Maine at Orono, Eric transferred to York County Community College, where he achieved his Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. He worked his way up in the industry, and even after nineteen years he continues to grow and thrive, bringing his sense of exploration and love of learning and tackling new challenges to his career. This youthful spirit of curiosity and creativity enables him to keep his skills sharp and focused on the future of commercial glass design.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys golf, racquetball and spending time with his family — especially their summers at Lake Sunapee where he loves to explore New Hampshire the way he did as a child.
